Wel is het zo dat de tweede "o" open is, en bovenaan een krulletje heeft.. dit type letter moet in die tijd echt gelezen worden als een "e".. De exacte transcriptie die in het door jou genoemde stuk staat, wordt dan Lotienstoren. De "i" en de "j" worden echter in die tijd nogal door elkaar gebruikt.. ik kan zo gauw geen voorbeeld vinden, maar regelmatig tref je bijv. "in het iaer... " aan. Daarmee is een huidige vertaling naar Lotjenstoren toch niet zo gek, hoor. Waar echter LotKenstoren gevonden werd, weet ik niet...
